Bana is primarily involved in trade finance, project financing, restructuring and insolvency
proceedings. She has worked for international firms (Magic Circle firms) in Paris, London
and Luxembourg for 7 years and has developed a strong experience in advising DFI and
companies on transactions in Africa and Europe in a wide range of sectors. Bana has notably
worked as a consultant for the African Development Bank in Abidjan; as such, Bana has
developed a solid expertise in structuring financing transaction with DFI’s.
